Patient Portal Transition Notice

Central Indiana Orthopedics is upgrading to a new medical record system and patient portal as part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience.

Starting May 27 at 6:00 PM, the current patient portal will become read-only. At that time, you will no longer be able to send messages to your provider’s care team through the existing portal.

You will still be able to:

  • View previous medical records and visit information
  • Make payments on existing balances for services provided prior to June 2, 2026

Before your next appointment, you will receive additional information about your new patient portal, including instructions on how to register and begin using it.
