Sports Medicine & Joint Replacement

As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained sports medicine physician, Dr. Jaggers specializes in arthroscopic knee surgery, meniscal surgery, cartilage restoration, ligament and tendon repair and reconstruction, patellofemoral realignment and stabilization, treatment of arthritis and joint replacement surgery. Dr. Jaggers sees patients of all ages and treats a variety of conditions ranging from sports injuries to arthritis.

After medical school, he chose to incorporate his love of sports into his career and pursue a fellowship in sports medicine, helping athletes compete at their best after injury. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of serving as the head team physician for Hanover College, several central Indiana high schools and serving for many years as an orthopedic consultant for the NFL Combine. He also chose to further his expertise in treating arthritis and became certified in Mako SmartRobotics™ technology for more precise results in hip and knee replacement. Board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, he has been practicing in the Indianapolis area since 2014 and joined Central Indiana Orthopedics in 2022.
