Central Indiana Orthopedics has payment plans available, if needed, and these plans can easily be set up over the phone. There are also several convenient ways to pay your bills, all from the comfort of your own home.
CareCredit
Need to set up a payment plan? CareCredit has a new online solution where you can learn about CareCredit, apply directly for the CareCredit credit card and pay your invoices online, all from this secure link. In some cases, interest free payment for up to one year may also apply.

Phone Call
Payment can be made over the phone by calling 765-213-3789. No need to come in our office and sign a receipt (unless paying with CareCredit over the phone). A receipt can be mailed to you, if requested.
Chat
Visit ciocenter.com to chat with our Customer Service Representatives. Online during business hours, they can help answer your billing questions or take payment over a secure chat with credit or debit card. A receipt can be mailed to you, if requested.
Patient Portal
By setting up an account on our Patient Portal, you can view your account balance and pay your bill securely. Once payment is collected, a receipt is emailed to you.
Mail in Payment
As always, you are more than welcome to mail in payment using our prepaid return mailing envelope included in your billing statement. A receipt is mailed to you once payment is received.
