Central Indiana Orthopedics is thrilled to be the name sponsor for the Geist 5K race on May 18! We stand behind their mission of inspiring health and wellness in schools surrounding the Geist community. To promote wellness and the 5K event, we will be hosting a contest for school-aged children to design the 2020 Central Indiana Orthopedics Geist 5K poster.
Grades K-5

Participants will color in the running man from the Central Indiana Orthopedics 5K logo.
Grades 6-12
(Download the Grades 6-12 template and waiver)
Participants will use their imagination to design the 2020 Central Indiana Orthopedics 5K poster.
Participants may use markers, colored pencils and/or crayons to design the poster. Signed waiver must be included with drawing. You do not need to participate in the race to participate in this contest.
Friday, April 12
Deadline for all drawings/waiver to be submitted online or at school.
Monday, April 29 – May 17
Announcements and voting:
Grades K-5: top drawings will be selected and used for promotion in 2019/2020 races.
Grades 6-12: top drawings will be selected and included in an online voting poll for the community to help determine a final winner. These designs will be displayed at Central Indiana Orthopedics’ booth during packet pickup May 17.
May 17
After packet pickup, final winner for grades 6-12 will be announced. The winner will be asked to join Central Indiana Orthopedics for announcement and recognition at the start line on race day.
May 18
