Doxo.com is a third-party website that allows people to pay bills via their site. However, doxo.com may charge the member extra fees, and Central Indiana Orthopedics cannot control when we will receive the payment from doxo.com, possibly resulting in a late payment from the patient. To ensure you are paying Central Indiana Orthopedics directly, we’ve listed below a few easy and secure ways to pay your bill:
Start a Chat With Us
Click on the Chat With Us bubble on our website during the hours of 8:00AM—5:00PM. Select the topic Billing/Make a Payment. An employee of Central Indiana Orthopedics will assist you in making a payment via the HIPAA-compliant and secure Chat tool. You can request a receipt to be mailed after the transaction is complete.
Enroll in our online patient portal
Visit our website and log-in to the Patient Portal. If you cannot remember your token/log-in information, please initiate a Chat on our website, or call our office at 800-622-6575.
