Holiday Recipes to Promote Bone Health (Part 3)

Welcome! Today, we are sharing a delicious hot chocolate recipe, perfect for the chilly weather and good for your bones! 🙂 In part 1, we shared a calcium-rich cauliflower mash. Part 2, we shared a quinoa stuffing packed with anti-inflammatories, protein and healthy fats. All three recipes are the perfect compliment to your meals this holiday season. Enjoy!

Part 1 – Cauliflower Mash

Part 2 – Stuffing with Quinoa

Hot Chocolate


  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Cinnamon


  • Heat milk on the stove
  • Add in cocoa powder
  • Stir in maple syrup
  • Top with cinnamon and whip cream if desired
