Today, we are sharing a pumpkin pie recipe that contains ingredients to help fight inflammation, plus it’s packed with vitamins. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 15oz can pumpkin pie
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pie crust
- Almond milk whip
Instructions
- Add eggs to a bowl and whisk for 30 seconds
- Add pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, salt and whisk
- Pour into pie crust and back for 55 minutes at 350 F
